Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process and are based on the weight of the order and include a handling fee. To review the shipping charges for your order, place all items in your cart and proceed to checkout. All shipping costs are in UK Pounds for Europe and US Dollars for the USA and Canada. A flat rate will be applied to your order, regardless of order amount or weight. We reserve the right to discontinue or change our flat rate Budget Delivery at any time.

Delivery

When shipping music we use the most appropriate method of delivery for the amount of music ordered. Smaller orders tend to be shipped through the normal mail, where as larger orders will be sent via courier and may require a signature. Please note, payment is taken in full for all orders at the time of purchase, if you do not complete the cart process and receive and email confirming your payment then your order will not be moved into the production timescales below. If you have any query regarding whether a payment attempt is successful please call us on 01924 830670. UK: Order arrives within 2-4 working days of an order being placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Europe: Order arrives in 1 – 2 weeks after order is placed. Mainland US: Order arrives in 1 – 2 weeks after order is placed.

Express Delivery

We do not currently have an Express Delivery option for our music. However, this is something we are looking to offer in the near future. If you require your music quickly, we suggest that you email us on mail@alansimmonsmusic.com or call +44 1924 830670 during UK office hours.

Customs or Import Taxes

Packages delivered outside the UK may incur customs or import taxes. For all international shipments, we identify the order contents and cost of the order on the custom form, however, we have no control over whether your country will charge customs or import tax when the package arrives. The person who received the order is responsible for paying all customs or import tax. We do not refund customers who refuse shipments or return items because they do not want to pay customs or import taxes. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information.
